앱에서 바로 지우기 (가장 빠릅니다)
앱이 설치되어 있다면 아래 순서로 즉시 삭제됩니다. 승인 절차나 대기 시간이 없습니다.
- RESET 앱을 엽니다
- 오른쪽 위 프로필 아이콘을 누릅니다
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다
- 확인을 위해 삭제라고 입력한 뒤 계정 삭제하기를 누릅니다
앱을 이미 지웠다면
아래 주소로 메일을 보내 주세요. 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 보내 주셔야
본인 확인이 됩니다. 확인 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 삭제하고 회신드립니다.
무엇이 삭제되나요

사진은 서버에 저장된 적이 없습니다. 앱을 이미 지우셨다면 사진도 함께 사라졌습니다. |
따로 보관하는 백업본은 없습니다. 삭제 후에는 복구할 수 없습니다.
남는 것이 있나요
없습니다. 서비스 이용 기록을 별도로 보존하지 않으며, 익명화하여 남기지도 않습니다.
현재 유료 서비스가 없으므로 법령에 따라 보관해야 할 결제 기록도 존재하지 않습니다.

Delete it in the app (fastest)
If you still have RESET installed, this deletes your account immediately. There is
no approval step and no waiting period.
- Open the RESET app
- Tap the profile icon in the top right
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account
If you already uninstalled the app
Email us at the address below. Please send it from the email address you signed up with
so we can verify it is you. We will delete your account and reply
within 3 business days.
What gets deleted

These were never stored on our servers. If you already uninstalled the app, they are already gone. |
We keep no separate backups. Once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
Is anything retained?
No. We do not keep usage records separately, and we do not retain an anonymised copy.
There are currently no paid features, so there are no payment records we are legally required to keep.
