먼저 세 가지만 알아 두세요.
· 집 사진은 같은 가족에게만 보입니다. 외부에 공개되지 않습니다.
· 광고나 분석을 위한 추적을 하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자도 쓰지 않습니다.
· 계정과 데이터를 앱 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
RESET은 로그인한 경우에만 아래 정보를 서버에 저장합니다.
로그인하지 않고 게스트로 사용하면 어떤 정보도 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 청소 전·후 사진
원본은 이용자의 휴대폰에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
가족(가구)에 속해 있고 사진 공유가 켜져 있으면,
크기를 줄인 사본이 서버에 저장되어 같은 가구의 구성원에게만 보입니다.
이 기능은 보호자가 자녀의 청소를 확인하고 승인하기 위한 것입니다.
- 볼 수 있는 사람 — 같은 가구 구성원(최대 6명)뿐입니다.
외부에 공개되지 않으며, 검색·광고·모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 보관 기간 — 가구당 최근 15건까지만 사진이 남고,
그보다 오래된 것은 사진이 자동으로 삭제됩니다(청소 기록은 남습니다).
- 끄기 — 집주인이 프로필 > 가족과 사진 공유에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며,
끄면 이미 저장된 사진도 서버에서 삭제됩니다.
- 계정 삭제 — 계정을 삭제하면 해당 이용자의 사진도 서버에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
2-1. 휴대폰에만 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 서버로 전송되지 않으며 이용자의 휴대폰에만 저장됩니다.
앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.
- 청소 전·후 사진의 원본
- 알림 시각, 음성 안내·효과음 설정, 타이머 길이 등 앱 설정
3. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 위치 정보(GPS) — 국가·도시는 이용자가 목록에서 직접 고른 값이며, 기기의 위치를 측정하지 않습니다
- 연락처, 통화 기록, 문자, 마이크, 캘린더
- 광고 식별자(AAID/IDFA)
- 제3자 분석·추적 도구 — RESET에는 광고 SDK나 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다
4. 카메라 권한
청소 전·후 사진을 촬영하기 위해서만 사용합니다. 촬영을 원하지 않으면
건너뛰기를 눌러 사진 없이 리셋을 진행할 수 있습니다.
권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱의 나머지 기능은 모두 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 처리위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자에게 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 이에 따라 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

이전 시기 및 방법: 서비스 이용 시점에 정보통신망을 통해 암호화하여 전송합니다.
이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 로그인 없이 게스트로 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
개인정보를 광고 회사, 데이터 브로커 등 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 보유 및 이용 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 위 제1항의 모든 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
별도로 보관하는 백업본은 두지 않습니다.
휴대폰에 저장된 사진과 설정은 계정 삭제 시 앱이 함께 삭제합니다.
가족과 공유된 사진 사본은 계정 삭제 시 서버에서 함께 삭제되며,
그 전에도 가구당 최근 15건을 넘기면 오래된 것부터 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
- 앱에서 삭제 — 앱 우측 상단 프로필 → 계정 삭제
- 앱을 이미 삭제한 경우 — 계정 삭제 요청 페이지
- 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.
8. 만 14세 미만 아동
RESET은 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 받지 않습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.
가족 구성원 기능은 준비 중이며, 도입 시 법정대리인 동의 절차를 별도로 마련합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 전체를 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 데이터베이스에 행 수준 보안(RLS)을 적용하여, 이용자는 자신의 데이터에만 접근할 수 있습니다.
- 비밀번호를 직접 취급하지 않습니다. 인증은 구글·애플이 처리합니다.
10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행일 최소 7일 전에 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 공지합니다.

Three things up front.
· Your home photos are visible only to your own family. Never public.
· There is no advertising or analytics tracking, and no advertising ID.
· You can delete your account and data from inside the app.
1. What we collect
RESET stores the following on our servers only if you sign in.
If you use the app as a guest, nothing is sent to our servers at all.

2. Before and after photos
The full-size originals are stored only on your phone and are never
transmitted to our servers.
If you belong to a household and photo sharing is on, a reduced-size
copy is stored on our servers and is visible only to members of that
household. This exists so that a parent can see what a child cleaned before approving it.
- Who can see them — only the members of your household (up to six people).
They are never public, never sold, and never used to train anything.
- How long — the latest 15 per household keep their photos; older records
lose the photo automatically (the cleaning record itself remains).
- Turning it off — the home owner can switch it off at any time in
Profile > Share photos with family. Doing so also deletes the copies already stored.
- Account deletion — deleting your account also deletes your photos from our servers.
2-1. What stays on your phone
The following is never transmitted to our servers. It is stored only on your
device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
- The full-size originals of your before and after photos.
- Reminder time, voice and sound settings, timer length, and other app preferences.
3. What we do not collect
- Location (GPS). Country and city are values you pick from a list; we never measure your device's location.
- Contacts, call logs, messages, microphone, or calendar.
- Advertising identifiers (AAID / IDFA).
- Third-party analytics or tracking. RESET ships with no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK.
4. Camera permission
Used only to take your before and after photos. You can tap Skip and run a reset without
photos, and the rest of the app works fully without granting camera access.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use the following processors, which means your data is transferred outside your country.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection at the time you use the service. You may decline
this transfer by using RESET as a guest without signing in.
We do not sell or share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
6. How long we keep it
When you delete your account, everything in section 1 is deleted immediately,
including the shared photo copies on our servers. We keep no separate backup copies.
Photos and settings on your phone are erased by the app at the same time.
Even before that, shared photos are removed automatically once a household goes past the most
recent 15 records.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time.
- In the app — profile icon (top right) → Delete account
- If you already uninstalled the app — account deletion request page
- For anything else, contact us at the address below.
Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or similar laws, including the
right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Children
RESET is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts.
If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
Family member features are in development; when they launch, they will include a separate
guardian-consent step.
9. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- The database enforces row-level security, so you can reach only your own rows.
- We never handle passwords. Authentication is performed by Google and Apple.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect, and at least 30 days
ahead for changes that materially affect you.
